We match a project manager to each project based on expertise, to oversee the project from beginning to completion. Excellent communication and documentation are the backbone to project management. Our project managers provide full time on-site representation, as well as support to expedite shop drawing reviews, respones to RFI's and construction bulletins. This process enables us to keep the project on time and managed to budget requirements.
