A single story 17,000 sq. ft. Radiation Therapy/Oncology medical office building (MOB), consisting of three Linear Accelerator vaults, CT simulator, patient prep rooms, medical provider offices, and other specialized functions, all integrated to efficiently function and operate to maximize user preferences.
The Radiation Therapy/Oncology MOB site layout was studied and designed to compliment the adjacent Kaiser Santa Clara Replacement Hospital / Replacement MOB design and site circulation, while in direct coordination with the Santa Clara Valley Water District to ensure minimal impact to nearby landscape mitigation along Calabazas Creek.
