Guadalupe Gardens is a city and airport owned property which sits in the flight path of the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport. Development is therefore restricted and the gardens are tied to the existing adjoining Guadalupe River Park which runs through downtown San Jose.
Our community is very important to us and we enjoy the opportunity to provide master planning services for such projects as the Guadalupe Gardens renovation. The master plan involved identifying new uses and continuing existing uses of the Coleman Loop Area. These include an interim garden center, new community gardens, a transitory meadow adjacent to Guadalupe River Park, new varietal gardens, walk-through history exhibits, agricultural leaseholds, and a burrowing owl habitat.
